Before Your Go LaLa Party

Everything you need to know to help your at-home SpaLaLa celebration run smoothly and give every guest plenty of time to enjoy their experience.

Please note:

Services are provided within your scheduled party time, so having the service area prepared and guests ready for their turn helps us make the most of every minute.

    • Each service takes approximately 10 minutes per guest, depending on the selected service and group size.

    • For parties with more than 10 guests, we recommend adding service time to comfortably accommodate everyone.

    • For larger parties, both technicians may perform the same service simultaneously, allowing two guests to be serviced at the same time.

  • Technicians are contracted for the service time specified in your agreement, so we cannot guarantee services for guests who cannot be accommodated within that time. Additional service time is available at $200 per hour.

    Technicians arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup and remain 15 minutes after the scheduled end time for cleanup.

    If everyone finishes their services early, technicians may leave or remain until the scheduled end time. For parties with fewer than 10 guests, remaining time can be enjoyed with longer services or extra pampering.

  • To help the experience run smoothly, please have the service stations (tables and chairs) completely set up before our technicians arrive.

    We also recommend having guests ready for their turn so they can rotate into the stations as soon as the previous service is complete. Having to locate or gather guests during the party may reduce the time available for services.

    Your help keeping guests ready allows our technicians to spend more time pampering and less time waiting!

  • Please review the guidelines for your selected services:

    • Fairy Hair Tinsel: Hair must be clean, dry, and fully detangled before service. Technicians apply tinsel only and do not provide detangling or additional styling.

    • Nail Polish Change — Mani or Pedi: Nails should be ready for polish application before service.

    • Face Paint or Makeup: Please notify us in advance of any known skin allergies or sensitivities.

    • Face Mask + Facial Roller + Moisturizer: Please notify us in advance of any known skin allergies or sensitivities.
