    Our Party Guide has everything you need to know to plan your SpaLaLa celebration, from party details and preparation to helpful tips for your special day.

  • We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 30+ days before the event are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days will receive a refund minus the 25% deposit. Cancellations or changes closer to the event may be subject to additional fees or credits based on timing.

  • We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular dates! Please remember that your date is only officially secured once your required 25% deposit has been received.

  • We highly recommend drop-off celebrations so the children can enjoy their special experience! Adult attendance is limited and varies by package. For complete details, please review the Adult Attendance section of our booking guide.

  • We recommend booking for the maximum number of guests you expect. Requests to add guests later are subject to staffing and scheduling availability.

  • We’ve hosted celebrations with more than 40 guests! For larger celebrations of approximately 25–30 guests or more, we create a customized party flow based on the group size and selected experiences.

  • The LaLa Luxe package is priced for up to 10 guests, so the package price remains the same if fewer than 10 attend.

  • Gratuities are always appreciated but entirely optional! If you enjoyed your SpaLaLa experience, you're welcome to show your appreciation to our team.

  • For hair styling, guests should arrive with clean, dry, and fully detangled hair.

    For manicures or pedicures, please remove thick or glitter polish beforehand. Please also let us know in advance about any skin allergies or product sensitivities.

  • Our party favors include four rotating items nicely packaged in a mesh bag with tissue paper.

    Currently, it includes a mini make up brush set, a compact mirror brush and a pink satin scrunchie.

    Items vary periodically based on availability.

  • We have a limited selection of serving items available, so we recommend bringing your own trays and utensils. If you plan to use an ice bucket, please bring your own ice.

    For an easier setup, we also offer our Premium Table Setting, which includes tableware and party essentials so you can simply relax and enjoy the celebration.

  • Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own food, drinks, cake, and desserts for your celebration. Please note that SpaLaLa does not sell or provide food or beverages.

  • Yes! You’re welcome to decorate your designated Party Room. Please avoid confetti, loose glitter, packing tape, and thumbtacks.

  • Absolutely! Adults are welcome to bring their own wine or beer to enjoy during Party Room time. We simply ask that alcohol remain in the Party Room only. Please note that SpaLaLa does not sell or serve alcohol.

  • Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own activities to enjoy in your designated Party Room.

    If you’re planning to bring an outside vendor, just let us know in advance so we can coordinate the details.

    Please note that third-party vendors are required to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI).

  • Services begin promptly at the scheduled party time. We’ll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but we cannot guarantee they’ll receive all scheduled services.
